Terms & Conditions For Vendor's

- Vendors are responsible for maintaining properly calibrated printing machines, following client specifications accurately, and ensuring on-time, error-free deliveries, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Any prints found defective due to the vendor's process must be reprinted within 24 hours, and repeated quality failures may lead to removal from Crezzle’s network, as governed by the Sale of Goods Act, 1930.
- Vendors must adhere to agreed delivery timelines and notify Crezzle immediately in case of any unavoidable delays, as required under Section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Payments are made only after delivery and quality checks, with mutually agreed cycles like weekly or monthly, following the MSMED Act, 2006.
- Vendors must not store, copy, or misuse customer files, and any breach of confidentiality may result in legal consequences and blacklisting, as outlined in Section 72 of the IT Act, 2000.
- Vendors must uphold professionalism, communicate respectfully, and avoid negligence, as non-compliance may lead to immediate termination without prior notice.
