Free reprints are available only for Crezzle-caused issues, and complaints must be reported within 30 minutes as per Section 39.
All pricing is transparent and requires full payment at the time of order, in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Standard deliveries take 10–30 minutes, bulk orders 24–48 hours, and unexplained delays violate service terms under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Files are deleted within 48 hours and will never be reused or shared without permission, protected under Section 72 of the IT Act, 2000.
Orders cannot be canceled, and refunds are only granted if Crezzle acknowledges service failure, as backed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Crezzle may refuse service for offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content as prohibited by the Copyright Act, 1957.
