Data Storage and Retention

Crezzle Printing Services is committed to safeguarding your data and ensuring it is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose.
All print files submitted by customers are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted within forty-eight (48) hours of order fulfillment, unless the customer provides explicit written consent for extended retention.
Business records, including invoices, contracts, delivery logs, and quality assurance data, are retained in accordance with applicable tax and auditing regulations and accessed only by authorized personnel.
No customer or vendor documents shall be reused, redistributed, or archived beyond the required duration for service or legal compliance.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Crezzle does not sell, rent, lease, or distribute your personal or print data to unauthorized third parties. Data is shared only in the following circumstances:
With Customer/Vendor Consent: Personal data may be shared only when the individual provides explicit, written authorization.
Legal Compliance: Information may be disclosed if required by law, legal process, or lawful requests by public authorities.
Authorized Service Providers: Files may be accessed by approved vendors strictly for fulfilling your order, under confidentiality agreements.

Confidentiality and Security

Crezzle maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
All customer files are handled only by trained, authorized staff and are never previewed, copied, or transferred beyond what is required to complete the requested service.
We employ industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transfers, restricted access, secure deletion, and audit logs.
Under Section 72 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, any unauthorized sharing or misuse of personal data is punishable. Employees or vendors found violating these standards face disciplinary and legal consequences.
