Cancellation Policy
- Once an order has been placed on Crezzle, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- We request all customers to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
- completed but order not visible to both the Vendor and the User.
- Vendor’s mistake in processing the order.
- Crezzle system errors or fault resulting in failure to deliver the order.
If your case falls under the above conditions:
- Please contact Crezzle Support within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after verification.
